Just Banging On The Drum All Day!

It's been a pretty hectic month. Madison is now 7 months and she's actually interested in playing with Ethan's toys. Let's get it on! There are moments where Ethan is willing to share and of course moments where Madison has to fight for the toys. We're trying to teach them both that they have to share their toys. We'll see how that goes.

Sitting Up

Madison has reached another milestone. She's learned to sit up on her own! Here she is enjoying her spot on the couch.

Trip to the ROM

During the christmas break, Ethan and I took a trip downtown to the museum. We were trying to be cultured and check out the dinosaur exhibit. Ethan was a little too bored to see all the dinosaurs but we had a good time none the less.

New Tastes

Since Madison is on solids now, she's been introduced to a lot of new tastes. She's had apple, pear, yams, carrots, and oatmeal.

The Great Outdoors

We ventured out to the Tree Farm this year to pick our Christmas Tree. It was a cold day but Ethan had a lot of fun hiking in the snow looking for that perfect tree. It looks so small when it's out in the field but luckily it was the perfect fit when we got home. This looks like the start of a Christmas Tradition for us.

Faster Dad!!!

Madison is now 6 months old

Madison is now 6 months old, she's 18 pounds 3 ounces and her doctor has given her the ok to have solids. So for her first meal she had rice cereal and banana. She loved having solids and had no trouble swallowing her dinner. Another milestone reached!

Christmas Morning

Who would be more excited on Christmas morning that kids who are just dying to open their presents. Again Ethan and Madison were blessed with many gifts from many people and on behalf of them, we say thank you. They had a ball opening their presents.

Welcome Baby Tyson

We were very blessed to have Tyson come over to visit over the holidays. For those of you who don't know Tyson, he's the son of Ethan's godparents and he's definitely a blessing and a miracle. Believe it or not, he was born on the same day as Madison. Madison was born at 10:27am and Tyson was born at 10:30pm. What are the chances of 2 friends having their baby on the same day? No matter what, we are truely blessed and we were very happy to have Tyson visit.
